| Flooring and foundation | Timber floor renovation | I would like to restore the timber flooring of a 3 bed semi. Overall surface to be restored is around 60 M2. Currently, all floors are covered by carpets (and I assume they always have been) so I am not sure what the quality of the underneath timber is. I would not like to use laminate or other similar solutions nor carpeting but just restore the underneath timber so as to be able to use it as flooring itself. The property is a 3 bed semi built in 1934.

This will probably also include filling joints between boards in some places. They are original floorboards. Would like to use the services of wood experts rather than builders.
