This is a relaunched request for printing costs for 300 books, including delivery to South Wales. The finished project will include a number of colour illustrations on the front/back covers (2 sides only). We have Quark files for page layouts plus all illustrations etc. We will probably have some technical questions.
128pp, closed H200mm x W215mm, perfect bound. Colour photo on cover, printed 260gsm Art Board or equivalent, glossy laminate, (front and back sides (not inner sides) printing for cover.
Inners printed B&W on 115gsm matt. Please quote to include a run-on of 400 copies.

Movie Book Reprint

I would like print quotes for a new batch of books for a very successful publishing project. The inner pages have a number of gray scale illustrations, mainly small in scale, but with 3 or 4 a bit larger.
H210x W148, 282pp, internal pages B&W on white 115gsm Fineblade Extra matt coated. Cover on white 250gsm artboard, gloss laminated, printed single-sided.
I would like the book's cover to be printed with a spot colour on the front cover only (and title spine). Would the price increase if the colour was used all over? Or would it be cheaper for just as above? Print run 300, please also quote for 100 run-on. Delivery to South Wales. Files will be sent on disc.

I am looking forward to print a magazine in multi colour on glossy paper. As it is in a different language the page will be designed and send you a product that is ready to print. Just printing that is what I am looking for. I want to consider two options on quality, I will consider any other suggestions;
1. Inside 90 gsm artpaper plus 4 pages cover in 135 gsm artpaper front &back glossy lamination, approximately 100 pages.
2. Inside 100 GSM art, Cover 220 GSM Art,

Magazine print

We are presently working on creating a "green" magazine, which will target the green consumer in the main stream of life.
We are also going to be targeting students as the magazine will contain some scientific information relating to climate change etc. At the moment we need to understand the difference in price between the high quality glossy mag to the lower quality. The likelyhood is that we will aim for as best quality as possible but we need to know the range.
Bobex Quality Control: contacted 04/04/2007 - this business based in South Wales is intending to start publishing a new magazine in the summer and is looking for outline costs and suggestions form printers. Recycled or environmentally friendly sustainable paper is important. They also asked if any of the printers in Bobex used Soya Ink?

I have a web site about the oral history of local town but now I need to get a booklet printed for those people who have no access to a computer.
Would this be viable and how much would the initial cost be for 100 to 500 copies?
It has pictures of which I have some of the originals
others are copies.
I have most of it on CD and the rest could be added.
I have had a great deal of response to the site and am always being asked for the book.
Bobex Quality Control - Contacted 29/1/2007 - This Author in South Wales is looking to have a small run of a mainly black and white booklet produced, in response to demand ? if successful this could lead to it being published as a book. Other booklets/books require printing and may follow. The author will require assistance with the layout of the booklet.
