-What is the price of a subscription?
A one off administrative charge of £25 for the lifetime of the subscription, plus an annual subscription charge of £100, or £125, or £200, or £275, or £350, depending of the category. Please review the price list below;

-Can I register in more than one paying category?
The prices indicated below refer to one service category. If you want to register in more than one category, the annual subscription will be equivalent to the fee for the most expensive category that you wish to register for plus an additional flat fee of £100 (regardless of the number of extra categories you wish to be registered under). If for example you wish to supply in "Design & creation" as well as "IT services" and "Promotional Items", the yearly subscription will be £275 + £100;.

-How many bids can I submit?
A subscribing supplier can make as many bids as they want.

-Do you charge commissions?
We do not charge commissions on any deals between buyers and suppliers - we depend upon annual subscriptions from suppliers for our income.

-Can I refuse to become a paying member?
Yes - at the end of the trial period we will call you and invite you to become a subscriber. If you do not feel that Bobex can provide you with a useful service there will be no obligation for you to subscribe, we will simply disable your account;

-What if we have more than one Bobex user in our organisation?
For each additional user (registered as a supplier) you pay an annual subscription of £50 per user per year.

-What do I do if I wish to cancel my subscription to Bobex?
Bobex has a policy of not accepting cancellations or offering refunds once a commitment has been made by a supplier to subscribe for 12 months. All suppliers have, for free, at least 30 days of full access to the Bobex service, to allow them to fully evaluate the service before making the commitment to subscribe. (In exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of Bobex, we will consider a cancellation fee equivalent to £50 per month (or part thereof) from the date of originally signing up for a free trial or in the case of renewals seven days before the renewal date.)

-How do I renew my subscription at the end of the year?
Your subscription renewal date occurs one year after your original subscription, and each year thereafter. Thirty (30) days prior to your subscription renewal date, you will receive e-mail notification regarding your automatic subscription renewal. Your subscription will be automatically renewed unless, at least 7 days before the renewal date, we receive a written notice that you wish to terminate the contract. On your subscription renewal date we will bill you for next year's subscription at the rate in effect at the time of the renewal.
