We are doing an offer for which we want each display tray to take at least 10 magazines (each magazine has approx 52pp). The trays will need to sit on counters or tables. They will need to be able to be flat packed, so they are compact, but also easily assembled. When opened up, the display boxes and will need to have a header piece printed with our logo.

I would appreciate a quote based on billboard standard sizes; the measurement I have in mind is: H3650mm, W12000mm (I am not sure what size you can print up to). I will let you know what I require, but you will need to do the design work.

We will be looking to your company to organise an exclusive Trade Fair in London, Germany and Japan, with an African feel to it as well as a western touch to it on a two day timescale at each venue. Arranging an exhibition stand that can travel to each of these destinations mentioned above.
The set up of the exhibition stand, the design and concept of design, will also need to be discussed along with other issues. The number of officials involved including the State Governor himself and 19 other officials, the issue of picking up our clients from the airport and arranging hotel accommodations for the state officials bearing in mind that we are on a moderate budget, but delivering a quality road show that will give a lasting impression in the minds of the attendees.
Also catering requirements for our clients will also be discussed as package we will require your company to consider looking based on your industrial experience as well as our constrained total spend available. Needless to say that this in itself impacts the overall event.
I will therefore suggest if its agreeable with you, that you send us a list of a number of different packages with different price quotations for different scenario's that might be of interest to us, given our intention to stage the fair in London, Germany and Japan.
We will be looking for the Trade Fair/Road show to take place sometime in March if possible, and arrange a meeting as soon as possible to discuss in detail.

| Conferences, fairs & conventions | Build and Dismantle Existing Exhibition | I apologise but I had no idea of where to file this request. Its a bit of an odd one. I also have no idea about costs so this will be a very vague submission.
My company will be carrying out a series of exhibitions in the Oxfordshire region. They will take place in Local halls in the Oxfordshire area. We have the exhibition stands, materials and staff to man the exhibitions but we are trying to find a company to build and dismantle the exhibition at the start and end of each day.
Bobex Control: Contacted 29/10/2007 - This business in the Thames Valley is looking for quotes from organisations who can set up and dismantle their exhibition around Oxfordshire (mainly the South of the County). There are 12 pop-up stands - tables and chairs will be provided by the halls and leaflets/booklet to be placed on the chairs. In total there will be 7 or 8 exhibitions setting up before 9:00 and taking done in all but one occasions around 5:00pm (The other exhibition will finish at 7:30pm). The exhibitions will all take place next April/May. The stands and leaflets will need storing between exhibitions.
