| | We require warehousing and UK wide distribution services for a new sofa business.
Per container there will be approximately 67 items, weighing in total 3400 kg. We estimate a 40 ft container every 2 months will be needed to be warehoused and individual pieces and sets will then need to be delivered by 2 man delivery into customers homes on an ongoing basis.
Sizes can vary depending on 1+2+3 sofa sets.
We are looking to outsource to a specialist company with a background in furniture delivery which is capable of servicing the whole of the U.K. We anticipate needing these services from March 2010.
Quality control: This registered company is targeting the consumer and retail markets and would like an outline quote for delivery, warehousing and tracking. Customers will be UK wide.
