We are looking for quotes for electrics, plumbing, damp treatment and central heating installation for the complete modernisation of a Victorian house on the Surrey/Hants border.
The house is currently 2 up and down and we are looking to convert the basement and add a loft conversion bedroom and ensuite. There will be 9 rooms in total. Bathroom, Ensuite, 3 bed, kitchen and basement playroom.
We want to work with a maximum of three contractors commencing October to complete asap. We would appreciate indications of timings and a full cost breakdown for each element. Thank you.
