They say they prefer the O2 "My Europe" package to the Vodaphone passport because they are invoiced for time as opposed to 75p per call. They get free O2 to O2 calls in the UK. (also some other calls are free - Singapore was mentioned). They have a renewal offer from O2 now and would like to have some other options to consider. While they would not say what offer had been made they state that when they signed their past mobile contract it was for 2 years and included £7,000 credit for hardware (upgrading their mobile phones) as well as a credit for data usage effectively making data free for the contract. The new mobile phone contract offer has similar terms apparently. All mobile phones on this contract are blackberry mobile devices. |
